What people are saying about The Ready for Happiness Group....
I began working with Kathy on mapping out the vision I had for opening my own business. In two short sessions, we had my business mapped out, my budget completed, and almost my entire business plan completed. It all seemed so overwhelming until we mapped it out. Once I could see my vision on paper, it didn't seem so impossible. The next thing Kathy did was introduce me to some really great people who were able to perform some of the tasks that were holding up my goal. Kathy and her group taught me that having a network of support was just what I needed. I never thought building a business could be so much fun! Everyone told me it was hard work, time consuming, and would either break up my marriage or give me an ulcer. Kathy and her team make the impossible fun. Plus, they did it within my budget!! They truly understand what it's like to juggle a million details. They have found the secret to getting it all done! I wholeheartedly recommend this group if you want to build a profitable business without going crazy. Susan Miller New York, NY
Finally, LIfe Coaches that don't tell you to take a bunch of tests or write your life story. These women ask outrageous questions that make you to clearly see what you want to do. I originally came to them just out of curiosity and they put an incredible package together that fit into my financial situation perfectly. They have an extensive network of businesses; whatever assistance they are unable to directly give, they will research and find a multitude of people and organizations for you to choose from. We streamlined my operations, increased my revenue and taught me how to be a better boss, how to inspire my people to better performance. Stephen
I attended one of the Ready for Happiness Workshops last fall, How to Deal With Difficult People. It was great! I walked out of there being able to use the tools Kathy delivered in the workshop right away. It also helped me see how I can sometimes can behave in ways that are "perceived as difficult" and how to partner with others in a more collaborative way rather than a competitive way. Jenny
"I like working with The Ready for Happiness Group because Kathy is always so pleasant and cheerful. She really is happy! Kathy is a good listener and is connected to a higher consciousness while listening. Kathy understands the inner game and walks her talk. Because she taps into her higher knowing, Kathy is very intuitive knowing the right questions to ask and the appropriate excersises and experiments we can try. Kathy honors my feelings and shows me how to honor myself. Having a coach is empowering because you don't feel alone as you work through your stuff. I know Kathy is holding the higher vision for me during the week and cares for me unconditionally. I highly recommend Kathy as a coach and have shared her name with my friends and colleagues." When I first began coaching with The Ready for Happiness Group, I was at a turning point in my life. Needless to say, I was scared, overwhelmed, and questioning what I was doing with my life and how could I make significant changes to my life. After a few Coaching sessions with Kathy, the "light" came on for me. Her method of questioning is smooth and gently allowed me to examine long term habits and beliefs I had about myself and what I had the ability to do in my life. I quickly began to truly see how I could really make my life what I wanted it to be. I went from feeling like I was held hostage to feeling freedom. Kathy does not magically fix my problems, but instead gives me new tools to transform my life for myself. Jodie Dallas, TX.
I was skeptical about coaching at first. I thought coaching was someone telling me what to do. I always considered myself a very motivated person and didn't need anyone to tell me what to do or to work through "feelings" with. I was referred to Kathy when I was going through my divorce and called her one day thinking she could give me some insight into the hell called my divorce. She provided more than insight, she provided an open place for me to answer the questions about what I really wanted in my life. Working with Kathy helped me move through my divorce with ease. My ex-wife and I are friends that co-share our children, which I never thought was possible. I've also found that there are other areas in my life where I could do so much more. I am now living my dream because Kathy believed it was possible. Dave New York, NY
My mother referred me to Kathy, she was worried I was going to be an old maid. I am 36 years old and have never been married. I insisted there was no problem, but was ready to try dating again, after a hiatus, and figured it couldn't hurt to talk to someone. Working with Kathy helped me understand the type of people I have been attracting and help me understand what I truly wanted in a mate. Kathy and her "list of 5" led me to my fiance. We are getting married this summer. Katie San Francisco, CA
Kathy has the ability to see below the surface and ask questions, so I gain clarity when faced with obsticles. I love to run situations by Kathy. She is funny, insightful and non-judgmental. I've been working with Kathy for over a year now and a year ago I was learning how to be a single Dad and not really knowing where I wanted to go with my career and couldn't even envision what type of relationship I wanted. A year later, I have been promoted to a great position in my company, am involved with a wonderful lady, and have a great relationship with my kids and ex-wife. Simply put, working with Kathy allowed me to see what I wanted and how to get it. She didn't do it for me, but she helped me see what needed to be done and focus in and just do it.
